That was one bad software release. HR20-100. Took several reboots and finally a hard reboot to get my 2nd tuner to function again, lost all of my recordings and to do list. Glad it didn't mess up my external HD from functioning. I hope they don't release anything like that again. Lame.

signal strength? How is the signal strength? Are you getting a good signal on all of the sats? Not weather or signal blockage related? I had code 771 searching for signal on a few hd ch's (206, 209, 245) and adjusted my dish. All good now and tuning wasn't that hard to do.

Lost tuner 2 I lost tuner 2 after last night's update. When I pull both coaxials and reinsert one at a time in either tuner input I get a good picture w/sound. But I can only watch and record on tuner 1 ONLY. Anybody else having this problem with a HR20??
