yes factory reset then I entered lat & long degrees. I will check the LNB type again but I did write all this down before I reset it. Did all blind scans. How do I get the skew degrees for the LNB again. Lost all my notes. Thank you!

had the same problem, here's the fix have 2 receivers and 2 remotes same model (fortec mecury II) I noticed one remote didn't work at all, changed batteries...nothing happened. Resetting the receiver did nothing. Other remote worked on the other receiver fine. Had to be the remote. remove...

I noticed when I blind scan galaxy 10r I get some channels with no audio. I didn't see a way to edit the audio ID for the channel anywhere. Can I edit this without adding a new channel? Didn't see anything in the manual about this. Thanks
