I have Whole Home DVR and three HR24s. I use the i-pad app to set all of my recordings. It allows you to specify which DVR you want to record to, and you don't need to interrupt your viewing to do so. :)

My HR24 did the same thing. Just run a Network system test. I did that and it re-established the internet connection and fixed the problem.:)

The sad thing is that the only loser in the game is the customer. If the Broadcaster demands and gets a large increase in the carriage license, then the Satellite Provider will pass some of that onto the customer. If a smaller increase is negotiated, then the channels may go dark for a few days...

I never understand why someone starts a thread like this. If you don't like one provider, then vote with your wallet and go with another....especially if the new provider has HD channels that are important to you and are not offered by D*.

I don't know which particular channels you're referring to. I watch the English Premiere League games on ESPN2, FOX Soccer Channel, and FOX Soccer Plus. They are all HD, but the two Fox channels are pay channels.

Resetting your box three times within a thirty minute time frame will flush the cache and restore the Guide.
