    the recievers are cabled independently from a switch which allows one cable to go to one reciever and one to the other the cable can't be split so if you have higher signal one of the recievers it sounds like bad cable or possibly corroded connectors on the cables you need a tech to come and...

    You are not gonna get free PPV movies with BBMP, you can rent the DVD for free, but if you choose a movie and it says it has a charge you have to pay for it. It doesn't say anywhere that PPV movies are free all of a sudden nice try

    Get system info up on your screen then flip the key over to the 1 side, open the battery compartment and flip the switch to UHF, themn press the record button three time address should change to UHF Pro from IR

    The only way to remove the DVR service and the fee is to downgrade to a non DVR reciever and return the DVR reciever, if you have a DVR on your account the fee is attached.

    Why set up any timers online try setting them all up with the remote and see how that works for you. The remote access feature does not have to be used it is just an option. Hope this solves your issue

    could be surge protector is overloaded and reciever is having a brownout effect, bypassing it is worth a try

    glad you got a resolution, I am an advanced tech with dish, these issues usually don't fix themselves. when it starts it's best to call right away

    Have you tried to bypass the surge protector? The Advanced Tech agents should have asked you to try this.

    tv2 shows a downconverted 480i letterbox picture on hd channels so the bars on top and bottom have to stay there or you chop a lot of picture off just turn to sd channels and screen will be full
