Rain fade I have subscribed to D*, Voom and E* over the years, and not one provider's service has managed not to fade during a storming day in my area of Florida. I subscribe to E* - and basic cable for this very reason. :(

Call E* called E* directly. Thus far, I have able to lease two 211 receivers without any problems.

2nd 211 receiver I called this morning an ordered a 2nd 211 receiver. No questions asked. They said I was an excellant customer. Charged me $49.00 and gave a $49.00 credit. Install is tomorrow between 8a - 12p. :cool:

Universal HD I getting the Universal channel on 9426 and 9427, and of course, they are showing exactily the same programming. This is inane!

211 Personally, I think the 211 is better than thn the 811. The SD channels appear less washed out on my HD LCD.
