When I try to order an HD PPV movie through the Dish website, the order screen only shows me the SD versions. What am I doing wrong?

I want to get a new remote for my VIP 211K because I think it has died. The remote is labelled as 5.3IR. On Amazon there is one listed as 5.0/5.3/5.4IR. Will this work?

When a legacy LNB goes bad does it tend to fail completely i.e. no signal output at all or does it just give a low level?

I just took HBO & Cinemax off my subscription. Dish deleted them straight away even though I had paid for them up until the 4th April.

So it looks like last year's plan of moving the core HD to 72.7 has gone out the window and now the core channels will be split between 61.5 & 72.7. Is that correct?

When I try to play back programmes I have recorded on the EHD for my VIP211K I get error 05. I've unplugged the power for both the receiver and the EHD but that didn't help. I tried recording part of a programme this evening and that played back ok. Any suggestions on what has caused this?
