I can access my 922 fine via DISHonline however I have not been able to access DISH remote access on my BlackBerry for two weeks. It just keeps saying 'unable to connect, try again'. I am using one of the supported BB devices.

I just checked my 922 logs and it shows FAILED UMOUNT COUNTER = 3. What does this mean and why does it show it. My unit is 2 weeks old and apparently new. This is found in the diagnostic menu under counters. What does your 922 read on your units counter for FAILED UNMOUNT?

Today we had very bad weather and the screen got pixilated which is normal during bad weather. I have signal in the 80's and 90's. However when the screen got pixilated the 722 just rebooted itself and came back up without any issues after that. Is this normal or do I have a bad receiver.
