My 722k is not working correcty

My 722k is working great with the exception that I only have 3 VOD movies in my EPG. It is connected via broadband and the connection has been verified to be working. I have waited over a week and no new VOD's have been downloaded to the 722k. I have already done reboots. However I can view all of the free DOD and it downloads fine. Everything else is working OK. I also do not have any timers that would conflict a nightly download of VOD's. The only VOD's that I have are the ones below?????

Do you have sufficient signal strength on the satellite/transponder that the VOD downloads from? (I don't know which one so hopefully someone else will have that info)

My other 722 non K model has all the VOD's. So it would not be a signal issue.
