I see the same problem. Live TV and recorded. I can't correlate it to any specific channel or anything else. I callled Dish support and they replaced my dish and cabling nonetheless the problem still occurs. Appears to be totally random.

I changed grounds, tweaked the dish, removed switches etc. Today I replaced the LNBF. No difference. This weekend I will be swinging my dish over to 61.5 (where, oddly enough, I had it 5 years ago, until they put CBSHD-W on 148). This dish went 61.5->148->129 and now it will go back to 61.5

Thanks for the suggestion. I have all of my hardware plugged into a power filter so everything is plugged into the same socket. Also, the problem is only present when watching SD source material (through any of the outputs - composite, component, s-video) not when watching HD material...

I just got it too. Unfortunately for me, my pet peeve, the "jumpy" SD video first reported in http://www.dbstalk.com/showthread.php?t=37474 is still present.
