My Joey keeps freezing on me and I just unplug and plug back in. Hasn't happened enough to ask for a replacement, but now that I see it's happening to others I may have to contact support.

Where do I find that information?

How exactly are software updates handled? Since I have my Hopper and 2 Joey's connected directly to my home network via ethernet connections do they just get updated in the evening when I'm sleeping? How frequently does Dish push these software updates and how do I know if I'm current? Thank you.

Tested the sling this morning on my iPhone, iPad, and Android phone and all work now. Must have just took the night to get all synced up or something.

I keep on reading that no other signal can be sent over the same Coax that is bringing the signal from the Hopper to the Joey (very depressing). What I've experienced is PTAT doesn't do anything with programming delays. All the shows that it thinks are recorded are all off.

I had the same issue at 1080i. I had to go to the setting and reduce the size slightly and shift the screen a little. Not sure if it only affects the guide or if that affects the HD picture from shows too.

What about mirroring a Hopper? I have a 612 today backfeeding the signal through the same Coax. Is this not possible anymore?

Okay, so I ordered a Hopper and 2 Joey system to replace my current system (612 and 2 x 211 with the 612 mirrored). They are tell me now (on installation day) that the Hopper can't be mirrored. Can anyone confirm or deny? I have 2 hours to figure this out until the installer shows up.

I currently have a 612 DVR, 2 x 211K, and a 4th TV which is mirrored off the 612. I just ordered a Hopper and two Joey setup to replace all the receivers. The person on the phone said I could still have a mirror setup with the Hopper. Does this sound right?
