Didn't need to. Tried leaving the joey unconnected for a few days and connection to internet worked this morning.

Side question. If I don't want PATA recorded and have it disabled, does that mean the third tuner is available when the DVR needs it to record my timers?

If I bypass the Power Inserter, no change. If I unhook the Joey's coax I no longer get the MoCA option, but ethernet connection still fails and stays with the same IP range. Still digging.
