Was wondering if anyone heard when Cox is going to offer NBC and Fox in HD here in Hampton Roads. I was told that they are close to getting the contract signed, but I have been hearing this for the past two years or more. Anyone with someinside scoop, please let me know something.

Why do they not put a title whats playing INHD Max Movies? I think INHD needs to put more information in PQ so we know whats showing. What do other people think??

My friend up in Northen VA told me yesterday that PBSHD was added to their channel line up. Hopefully Hampton Roads, VA Cox is going to be adding another local channel(s).

I noticed yesterday that Cox has added HBO to channels in the 300's when usually they are located in the 100's. I think any Voomers that still have an active stb will need to unplug it before 3AM on May 1, 2005. That way you can still use the OTA tuner in the stb. Voom has deactivate my stb earlier than I asked. So now I cannot use the stb for OTA.

Well VA is getting hit with a big snow front and I just lost all my satellite channels due to snow on the dish. I guess I will have to wait until the sun melts the snow off the dish tomorrow since I don't have a ladder high enough to reach the dish.

Has anyone heard anything on when Voom is going to upgrading to the ellipitcal dish and adding the other LNB? I would think this will need to be done before March 2005 so that we can get all the new upcoming HD channels.

I have been noticing that I no longer have the black screen problems with TNTHD. I guess voom has finally fixed this problem.

I received my September issue of HT magizine and there was an article about the three satellite companies (Voom, Direct TV, and Dish). I thought the article was pretty fair and didn't really trash any company. Did anyone else see or read the article?
