csnca
Another dispute has caused another lost channel. This time CSNCA is gone. Was offered a one time $5.00 for my loss. Loyalty dept finally settled for $5.00 a month for twelve months.

keep trying
I had the exact situation yesterday. You could not enable tv1 rf output. Somehow using the tv2 remote, but I'm not sure how, I got it to enable. Just try a few different options like cancel on the screen or cancel on the remote. It will work. Cust only had one tv with no rca...
Service call
Call up dish and tell them you are having problems with the new receiver and get a service call set up. He still has a 60 day warranty service. Odds are that He gest a 222k replacement since most offices don't carry the non-k version. He would still have to buy the ota adapter...
run check switch
When you run a check switch the grid should show 119, 110, 129, x , in that order. Try moving the dish a little to the west if the grid shows any different order.
drop the insurance!
Why pay the $6 every month. If you need service, you can add it at any time. If you don't need it, then don't pay for it. If you do need service, add it, get serviced, pay $15, pay $25 cancellation fee. $40 total cost.
customer diservice
Exactly right! I went through the same thing a few weeks ago. I told the customer he was getting a non-dvr receiver for two rooms and he said okay. After I get done installing he asks me to show him how to record. I told him that it was a non-dvr and he replied that he...
$100 upgrade fee
As of 6/3, they are charging a $100 upgrade fee for the 722 as well as a 24 month agreement, autopay, and paperless billing. I even tried the retention dept for a ten year customer, but they would not waive any fee.
It's from dish
I've seen a few of these lately. It was setup automatically because the 61.5 was still on your account. Nothing needs to be done since you already see the 129 sat. Either cancel the work order or make a tech happy to get paid for nothing.
TV
Some of the newer tv's can block the IR signal once they are warmed up. An ir to uhf unit from dish will most likely solve the problem. I don't think it is your remote or it would not work at all.
Barrels
It is a cumulative effect. I have white barrels, crimp on connectors going to both of my 722's. No loss of signal at all. The whole run is about ten feet. If the run was longer and I had multiple splices, it may become an issue.
Hello,
Just use one line from the lnb. Go straight to the receiver. Most RV's have a splitter inline which won't conduct the electricity needed for the lnb.
