    Finally fixed problem. The router settings had Secure Spot checked. This apparently is an additional layer of security that had been blocking the DVR. Unchecked it and now I'm connected.

    I had my HR20 replaced and got a new set of B-Band Converters with it. The new ones are gold lable and say Rev. 3. My originals were silver lable with Rev. 2 on it. Is there a difference? Should I connect the Rev. 3 even though everyting is working perfectly? I'd hate to screw things up.:confused:

    Lost categories in my Guide list

    I have an Hr29-700 and have the same problem. Started out with Guide showing ALL CHANNELS, NEWS CHANNELS, MUSIC CHANNELS, etc. I set up 2 custom guides and now only get the one set up instead of all the rest. One day they all came back but disappeared when I made a change to one of my CUSTOM guides.
