    It would be hard to have a lower reliability rating than a 360 for any product. At it's worst the rate was probably 30-40%. That said I read that models in the last 6 months are more reliable. I had one die which was a premium from September 06.

    The dualshock controller is the most enticing part of the package. If anything is has made me certain NOT to buy a ps3 in the meantime. When the whole package hits $250-299 I will probably jump. If that's 2012 it won't bother me.

    Sony would be in serious trouble if BD had lost but the 360 wouldn't necesarily be the benefactor. People connect the 360 and HD-DVD way too much. It's just an add-on drive. It is not an integral part of the product.

    The whole premise of the thread is faulty. Why does the collapse of HD-DVD have anything to do with the 360? The whole point of making no internal HD-DVD drive is so the future of the 360 would NOT be tied to the future of the format.

    Perhaps you should wait to see what the content is before judging how well MS spends their money. No one really knows what the exclusive content will be on either system so how can you know if MS got hosed? Just another worthless thread from the worst poster on Satguys.

    The reviews, especially for the 360, have been really good. Teamxbox gave the gameplay a 9.8/10 which has almost sold me on the game. The major difference between ps3 and 360 is that ps3 runs at 30fps and 360 runs at 60fps.

    Dropped my 360 off at the UPS store downtown here. I walked in the door and the guy immediately said "Drop off." He went on to say something like, "That box looks really familiar. We see 20 of them a week." :shocked
