I hope it fixes my ehd problem. i haven't been able to transfer my recordings to my ehd for a month or more it just tells me that nothing is hooked up. btw I have a 1tb ehd western digital. 722 recevier.

i just got platinum added with the online chat. the tech rep said no more 10 dollar extra charge anymore its included in the 10 dollar charge for all HD.

Does anybody know why dish has not turned on WTHR NBC HD INDY local channel? Its been uplinked for months now. This is the olny one we are missing from the big 4.

Is bet jazz HD on now in the platnum package? I haven't heard any one talk about this channel yet.

I would say the stuff isn"t in HD. If it was in HD it would tell you when you hit your info button on the remote it will have this logo (HD) if its in HD.

Ok found a Western digital my book essental 1tb usb hd for 219.99 at microcenter would this drive work on the 722? and is this a good price?

on the old 722 box i cant get a signal on any sat. I thought that i could get the ext.storage activated by the phone line didn't think it needed to see a sat. signal?

could you just plug a usb cable to the bad one and then to the new one side by side and transfer the data that way if you have the save service turned on?

I have the same problem with my 722 the only thing that wooks on it is the dvr i can watch anything on the dvr but not from the sat's. is there a way to get them from the old one to the new box?

Dish came out yesterday and told me that everything was fried my 322 and my 722 boxes gone and the LNB. so now i have to wait for my two box's to get here so i can see all the new HD they added yesterday. man this realy sucks. thanks for all your replies and help.

I think this is what he has done. I think he has fried the receiver and the LNB because when you go to plug the box in it makes this high pitch sound. now my 722 is fine but can't get a signal. I hope dish doesn't charge me for this i have the warranty. I ran check switch and it says it can't...

My oldest boy was moving his room around and was hooking the dish box (322)back up. He pluged it in to the outlet and it triped the braker. Now I can't get a signal from any of the sats 110,119,129 on any of the tv's or box's do you think by chance he may have fried the LNB?
