61.5 included with MPEG4 upgrade?

I know E* has said that a dish 1000 is included with the MPEG4 upgrades, but I need a superdish to get my analog locals. I am wondering if they will include the 61.5 in the upgrade fee or still make me pay $99 for the second dish.

They said everything you need will be included. I would assume that 61.5 would count if you had to have the superdish.

I called to upgrade this morning. They set me up with a 2nd dish for the 61.5 bird. It was included in the $299 price.
