622 glitch

My one year old 622 is on the blink. After about 20 minutes one of the tuners video goes out, and I have to hit (swap) to get to the other tuner so I can watch TV. All is good for the 1st 20 minutes or so. I thought at first that the box was over heating. It is setting alone on a shelf, and I have raised it up about 2 inches to ensure there is air flow around it. Still blinks out. If I unplug it for 30 seconds, then plug it back in it works again...for 20 minutes. Has anyone had this problem? Any ideas on how to correct it?

Which tuner goes out, TV1 or 2? My old 622's TV2 died. Since I had DHPP, they sent a tech who declared it dead and replaced with a 722.

Sounds like an internal problem to me,assuming ground and electrical source are sound.Try replacing receiver. Tech. should look over system while he's there.

This is a new bug that has started with the L614 software, mine is doing it also.

So this is a software issue? is there a fix available? The system is updating at 2 a.m. every day, but still have the same problem.

I seriously doubt it is software. Make the call to tech support.
