722's on Back-order!

Currently I've got 2 622s. One I got when they first came out, and one I got when I upgraded the 921 a couple months ago. So I'm upgrading one of the 622s to a 722.
 
Had an install set for Monday17th waited from noon to 4 when tech called said no 722 and I needed to call and reschedule. I asked him how was I to know when they would have the 722 in and could he just call me when he had one in hand and set it up that way? NO So I called and talked to someone who called while I waited and I was told they would have one for my new time today the 19th. So far nothing!
 
I ordered a 722 at the end of last week from DishStore. It showed up today, I plugged it in, called to activate and it worked perfectly. I thought that was pretty good service!

I had a 722 installed on Sat. the 15th. I set the install up for a 622 on Monday. Found out about the 722 model, and called to cancel/upgrade on Thursday. No problems here, installer showed with a 722.
