I am again having problems having pages load, happening all afternoon. Sometimes pages loads with no graphics, when they do load it does not do so all the way I keep getting the loading Icon from my browser. And then sometimes I get site not found...... Anyone else?

EDIT - seems better at 14:25..... right after I posted of course.

No problems here. :)

System is running great. Page Time: 0.13714 seconds

Maybe a hicup in the internet backbone somewhere.

Yeah, I think so Scott. For about an hour I had no domain name resolution here at work. All better now.

I was seeing similar from IBM during the same period ONLY on the .US variant, but since .COM redirects to .US, it didn't help (much).

It's better now.

Thank You Scooby2. That explains what I was seeing -- Caches probably timed out while it was bad and went to hades.

I use Google's DNS servers 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4, hence my reporting (above) that I had no DNS service here at work. More accurately, I should have written that I had no domain name resolution for SatelliteGuys. Other websites continued to resolve just fine. Do we have a clue why I couldn't get resolution for only one website (this one)?

It may not have really been Google DNS but a connection between Google DNS and the DNS server that satelliteguys.us uses (i.e. godaddy.com)
