So I received my bill online today, $149.33, all programming fees

Blockbuster movie pass 3 Disc $ 20.00
KTLA $ 2.00
KWGN $ 2.00
Protection Plan $ 6.00
DVR Fee: $ 6.00
Plus Tax: $ 8.34
No Equipment upgrade fees, and my billing statement is now in someone else's name. YAY!
update: Apparently since my install is on 3/29 my upgrade fees won't be added until my 4/26 bill cycle. Zach also fixed the name on my bill. Hopefully fingers crossed this is the last time I hear of Danin Muesch at least through DISH. This was the main reason I was worried that something bad happened and on installation day no one would show up *L* I've only upgraded once before in 2009 and it was over the phone and went a lot smoothly than this however there was different factors, like the 722 had been out for a while at that time.
