Arrow

Can we have any scoop on Laurel Lance’s storyline for Arrow Season 3?
Oh yes, you can. We spoke with exec producer Marc Guggenheim at a Thursday night CW soiree, where he professed, “One of the things we’re most excited about is Laurel’s story. Everything that we’ve been gearing up for, for the last 46 episodes, will come to fruition” — possibly including that passing of a baton/leather jacket in the season finale. As the season opens, “She’s still in the DA’s office,” Guggenheim added, “and there will be some interactions with a new character that we haven’t announced yet…. Her fans will be really, really happy.”

Are we going to learn anything about Felicity’s past on this season of Arrow? Like possibly who her father is?
As Felicity/EBR’s fans very well know, “We have had a backstory for her for over a year now that we keep saying, ‘This is the episode where we’re going to do it,’ and we don’t,” Guggenheim shared. “But this is the year we’re going to do it. That script is getting worked on as we speak.”

Question: Do you have any scoop on any DC heroes or villains coming to Arrow or The Flash?
Ausiello: I’ve got some explosive scoop on this one (you’ll see what I did there in a minute): Sgt. Bette Sans Souci – AKA Plastique – will make her way to The Flash this season. The series’ incarnation of the metahuman is a fetching young redhead who was a bomb specialist with the Army before she was injured by an IED in Iraq. Since being exposed to the Central City explosion, she can turn any object into a bomb with just a touch of her hand – not a bad comrade for The Flash to have on his team, eh?

Exclusive: Arrow Blows Away Comic-Con
Of all things Arrow's Oliver Queen can do, it's his ability to rock our world with nothing but a well-edited sizzle reel that we love the most this time of year. Mainly because it's such a long wait until The CW hit's third season kicks off on Oct. 8, and things like this eye-popping clip—which just debuted during the show's scream-filled panel at San Diego Comic-Con—are really the only thing that are getting us through the wait.So hit "play" down below and join us in counting the days until we find out what Ollie learned in Hong Kong, why Black Canary is back, where Roy got that snazzy red leather getup, and how Felicity wound up bloody and looking not-so-alive!Are you dying for the epic third season? ‘Arrow’ Nabs All of Batman’s Villains http://wallstcheatsheet.com/entertainment/arrow-nabs-all-of-batmans-villains.html/?a=viewall Watch Stephen Amell Do The Arrow Opening Monologue At Comic-Con.....Stephen Amell Does The Arrow Intro Live At SDCC 2014.....Stephen Amell reads the Arrow intro live at San Diego Comic Con by fan request!
Those who missed the Arrow panel at Comic-Con in San Diego last week can enjoy one of the highlights of the event, as a fan asked Arrow star Stephen Amell if he would say the opening monologue for him. Amell obliged, speaking from memory the words Oliver Queen states at the start of each episode. The cherry on the cake is when Amell adds on the "Previously on Arrow..."As if we didn't have enough reasons to wish October were here so Arrow Season 3 would get underway, the sound of Stephen Amell speaking Oliver Queen's vow feels like one giant tease... or encouragement to rewatch the first two seasons. Amell actually merges the opening monologues of the first and second seasons, which differ slightly. In Season 1, Oliver says... My name is Oliver Queen. For five years I was stranded on an island with only one goal - survive. Now I will fulfill my father's dying wish - to use the list of names he left me and bring down those who are poisoning my city. To do this, I must become someone else. I must become something else. While the second season of Arrow loses the part about Oliver's father and focuses on honoring his friend and not being the killer he once was... My name is Oliver Queen. After five years on a hellish island, I have come home with only one goal- to save my city. But to do that, I can't be the killer I once was. To honor my friend's memory, I must be someone else. I must be something else. What will the Season 3 monologue say? It seems likely that if it's included, it'll change out the "honoring my friend's memory" and maybe focus on Oliver's current situation. When we spoke with the cast and writers in the pressroom at Comic-Con, Marc Guggenheim told us that Season 3 was going to be all about identity, and for Oliver, that means trying to figure out if he can be both Oliver and Arrow, or if he has to forfeit a personal life and his own needs and desires in exchange for being the Arrow. Whether or not that's addressed at all in the monologue remains to be seen.In the meantime, I'm glad someone asked Amell to do the opening monologue and even gladder that he was able to do it. High five!

Any new info on Arrow’s Ray Palmer would be appreciated!
Hmm, I do like to be appreciated. Playing the Arrow newcomer, onetime Superman Brandon Routh is (like onetime Lois Lane Teri Hatcher) “spectacular,” EP Marc Guggenheim tells TVLine. “He has exceeded everyone’s wildest expectations. And what’s fun about the way Brandon interacts with everyone is we wanted someone who would offer a bit of what Grant Gustin did — someone who’s a little more on Felicity’s end of the spectrum in terms of color, and at the same time is very different from Grant. And Brandon, he’s just this change agent that shakes up everybody.” That said, a guy’s gotta have his secrets. “You’re going to see that there’s a lot going on with him,” Guggenheim hints. “He’s not what he initially appears to be.”
