Cancelling - Additional Room

Well....I was enjoying Voom, giving it a shot, even putting up with a few things. But now that I have a roomate moving in soon I wanted to get an additional box. Alas, they want me to pay 200 bucks then a small monthly fee. I just can't do that, so unfortunately I think i'll be going back to cable. I see my PIP working again, DVR, no sparklies, AND some lost channels all coming back to me. Maybe one day i'll be back.

did they quote you a separate charge for the box plus an installation fee?

if you are a charter member who owns the box, I was told it would be $299 for the box plus $199 for installation of the new box...

was your quote to just rent the box?
