Center ice HD not on

None of my center ice hd channels are working. They all say channel not purchased. However all the sd channels work. Anyone else have this problem? Also why are some of they channels have a light grey background where they channel number is displayed on the guide?

thanks i did subscribe veified via online bill. Also i reset the reciever negative results on both.

Just called directv they had a pretty cool online system. I entered 721 channel not purchased message. The automated service stated it will automatically check for errors and reset settings. Within seconds it was on. Worked rather well and easy. thanks anway

What Charper was getting at was that you can do a re-hit yourself online.

Me doing a receiver reset didn't work.

Yep, I think rehits are sent into a queue and it says they can take at least 15mins. Glad its working; save that link I sent.
