"Look Who's Taunting": The team chases a sadistic killer who takes women's eyes, and a new nemesis challenges Horatio.

As most male actors age and lose their good looks, they seem to get picked for the creepy bad guy roles. Even Robin Williams plays some bad characters in some of his movies. The movie where he plays a weirdo ,who stalks a family after developing their personal photos, comes to mind.
