Wonder if Directv Now will get an Xbox app.

Using the One S for Netflix, Amazon, Youtube, Blu-ray and Sling TV is quite convenient, plus it works with my Harmony.

Rumour is there will be location limitations. Wouldn't surprise me.

Pretty sure the content apps will work. I'd be shocked if they didn't.

Well, it's the 28th & the website hasn't changed from "coming soon" yet. Maybe I'm just a LITTLE impatient(2:05am), but I wonder what time the website will come up today, if at all?

More streams is a bonus, but two would be workable.

So Sling just ponied up with starting a beta for 100 hours of cloud DVR. This streaming only service competition is gonna be interesting. I cut the cord at just the right time.

No kidding? Damn that would be awesome. I'm simply not interested in watching TV again without a DVR. One reason I love Vue, which is a great service in it's own right. However the more competition the better and if Sling offers a DVR that would be totally badass.

Edit. Yup

Also note:

DVR functionality not available on all channels.

I'm looking at trying the special $35 for 100 Go Big package. Add on HBO (the $5 is great price). I have vue right now, will keep it while I trial DTV.

Other than starz in the largest pack I don't see what how chiller and boomerang always end up in those high tiers on every provider it seems.

Starz will be cheaper just to get it directly or through amazon. I guess they needed something in the top tier to justify the price

Agree, I really want DVR use, but Vue's 28 days is not enough for me. Have been waiting from someone to do more and it looks like Dish and Directv may compete with each other in a new realm.
