Does anyone have a contact for customer service at Boost Mobile?

A friend of mine ordered a new phone and they canceled his order, yet charged his credit card about 8 times for it. When he calls for support they put him on hold and then hang up on him after 45 minutes.

If you know someone from Boost (not one of the stores) that I can have him contact please PM me and I will pass it along to him.

Why not just call the credit card’s bank to remove the charges, if they look at the account and see 8 identical charges, they would stop payments.

If the charges are just credit card holds on the amount, they would go away in 5-7 business days.

Hes doing that now, but he still wants to phone and they system is telling him hes not eligible as he just got one. (The one they canceled)
