Do dual lnbfs deliver half signal strength to each receiver as the available signal is shared between two outputs?
It seems common sense that this would be true.

The signal strength is the same on all outputs. It's a digital signal. Ones and zeros it's either there or it's not. Different types LNBs will pull different amounts of Amps (IE a DP Dual requires less Amperes than say a DPP Twin), but the signal strength will be the same.
