Earthlink TrueVoice VoIP for phone line?

Howdy. Does anyone use Earthlink TrueVoice VoIP for their Dish phone line connection? The caller ID works, but I notice that that the 'Counters' state the 'Last Connect' on both my 622 receivers was on 1/5/07, the day I had Dish installed. (and I had Time Warner Digital Phone at that time, but TrueVoice since 1/15/07). When I check the phone connection in the Menu (6,3), 'Connection' states "Phone Connection OK", but I'm not convinced. How often do the receivers dial out? (I dont do pay per view) Heard something about Dish needing VoIP Codec 7.11...havent been able to confirm what codec(s) TrueVoice uses. thanks much for any feedback.
 
Go to channel 100. Go to customer support and view your statement. This will force the 622 to dial out.
