i believe its when the ippv is disabled and you try to order a ppv ?
726 is RID identification problem... im checking a few more things.. i will EDIT later.
Pull your card out... put it back in and see if it fixes it. If not call Directv and tell them your problem and im hoping they will be able to just resend authorization and fix your problem.
Your card is not matching or cant find the RID (reciever identification number) so maybe pull it out and place it back in a few times and see if it fix the problem. if not you could have a bad reciever.

726 refresh your services online wait a minute pull out the card red button reboot put card back in.
thats what i thought.. like i said above in my post.. pull the card out and insert it.... i shouldve said reboot it as well..
its RID info to the card is invalid so it needs a bump so it can read the RID and match the card.

That why i told them to refresh services online it the equivant to us resending auths. Which usully works if not they can call us and we can refresh the card pairings.

722 Auths expired
726 invalid access card
727 Black out
there are some that are inbetween but those are the major ones.
721 Channel not purchase (most common when customer fail to pay their bill)
711 Service not activiated.
oh there is a tone of them . Just gave the most common ones starting with 72x
