Fortec 240cm Antenna v GeoSatPro 2.4

I am looking to purchase a 2.4m Prime Focus antenna and the two that I see is the Fortec 240cm Antenna andd the GeoSatPro 2.4. I need your opinion of which one is better in terms of reception and durability. I like the GeoSatPro 2.4 but the Fortec is on my mind to.

If I had to I would probably go with Geosat, you can also look into other antenna's spending a little more will be worth it.

There is a favorable review of the GeoSatPro 2.4 on SatGuys .
You might want to give that a read.
I couldn't find any similar info on the Fortec 2.4 * .

You can contact the distributor directly and see if he has any sort of deal on shipping.
Or perhaps, he has a dealer near you, with attractive terms.

Several members around here have the Fortec 1.8m dish.
Most notably is one of the Moderators , Iceberg.
He's posted many stories of working with this FS 1.8

Here's a picture where he shows damage to the FS.
If you search the threads, you can find where he described the accident which caused it.

If GeoSat made a 1.8, I think I'd have one by now.
Your mileage may vary.
And do seek other opinions prior to any purchase.

Whichever one you decide on, be sure the mount is a Polar Mount and not an AZ-EL Mount.
