Maybe HBO freeviews so much it got filtered

And agreed, besides the new drama, and first season of GofT (not a fan) there is nothing this weekend.

Max ain't much better either unless you want to watch Banshee.

I didn't think it was that bad. I haven't had premiums for a few months now so a lot of these are new in the rotation for me. I set up recordings for 8 movies.

I found a few things on HBO. I don't even bother w/ MAX. It's like recycled HBO.

Pretty sad, but I haven't had HBO in almost TWO YEARS. There was absolutely NOTHING I wanted to watch when I looked at the entire suite of channels over the weekend. Only thing I saw was Game of Thrones from 2011, which I have already seen when I had HBO back then. I'm thoroughly content with catching BBC programming FREE through my Roku 3 with Amazon Prime.

And that's a bad thing, how? I watched all of 2 epis of it and thought why does this exist?

Remember HBO will soon be $19. Seeng how The Newsroom is the only thing I watch, it's not even worth it for the 2ish months for that.

I'm guessing it's in free preview for True Detectives series starring Matthew McConhaughey and Woody Harrelson

It is/was and the show was BORING.

Showtime would've been a better freeview and I'm still shocked Starz didn't do a freeview later this month. Starz next freeview is likely weekend of March 22nd.

Sundance's The Red Road begins Feb 27th so the freeview will either be next month or March (likely March if that new reality series is on schedule production wise.)

I was sure these channels would be turned back off by this morning but they are still going. I git 10 movies recorded over the weekend.
