Vu is running a promo channel on channel 197/all subs should see this. Hdnet will be up for the month of july on certain weekends only on channel 831-HD HDPPV Channel<only HD recievers will see this channel, 6000, 6100 & 9200. There are more HD channels that will stand on there own coming soon! There will be 5 HD programs from HDNET showing every friday night in july on channel 831HD!

I find it hard to believe as HDnet is not authorized in Canada. ExpressVU has shown some HDnet programming in the past but the chances of an actual HDnet channel popping up for keeps is slim to none.

Show us the link to the CRTC approval for HDNet. Bell (thru Bell Globemedia) has been one of the companies opposing this service for the last 2 years.
HDNET programs are being shown on PPV on Bell for 5.99.

We won't be getting the sports programming, you can be sure, as other companies in Canada would hold those rights. It looks like the original regular programming from HDNET will be shown.

So Bell Canada is up to it's old tricks again. I can't believe that Marc Cuban was naive enough to sell a few programs to Bell - he just shot himself in the foot about getting HDNet approval for Canada.
