is there a way to run the receiver menu's with a white faced remote?

we have a e-1 in a headend that has a timed channel acccess stored and we needs to blow the memory or reset the event timer. we only have a white faced remote with us.

Press the guide button twice. This will bring up a screen that will have main menu on it. Highlight this and press select and you will be in the menu.
