I have a dish and a LNB - What's next?

I guess I should go to dishpointer.com and print out the results for a few sats before I leave. Once I get up there I won't have any internet service.

So I'll try 97W, 125W...any others?

I need more dishes to try more satellites, Oh yes you need to manually ADD 125West KU to your receiver. It is a new satellite. Your Visionsat will only show 125W C in the menu. 125W KU is a new satellite.

Other good sats would be 72W (NBC mux), 83W (RTV), 101W (Hotel)......heck, there is something on all of them at times.

You might want to print out a bunch of info from The List, as well as dishpointer. SatAv also has a nice app where you can print out your az/el/skew info for your location.

As far as your firmware is concerned I think I would load v1.45, I believe that is the latest factory fw.
