When the download window opens and there isn't an updated CE release for your platform, is the last available release available in that window?

For example, if they don't release an update for my HR21 this week, is last weeks CE available during the window this week? In essence, can I count on the window being "give me the last CE release for this platform"

No, the last CE is not in the stream. The last National Release software is there.

I wish they'd offer up the most recent CE each weekend, even if they're not releasing a new one. I also wish that when one blows everything to heck and back on friday night and they cancel it for saturday, that they re-offer the prior weeks CE so that testers can resume testing and not have to roll back to the NR for a week.

Especially now that we've fully embraced the MRV approach and split our series links and shows between the two dvr's, rather than duplicating across both. Losing MRV for a week would be a real PITA.
