My hdtv recieves these channels thru my 10yr old RCA antenna mounted on my chimmney. I have a radio shack inline signal booster (2 piece). One part is connected at the antenna and the other at the tv.

6-1 WTVR-D signal of 96, 6-2 6XTRA signal 95, 6-3 The Tub sig. 89, 8-1 WRIC 96 thur 0 not locked, 12-1 NBC sig. 82-100, 12-2 NBC sig. 79-100, 22-1 DTV sig.89-0 not locked, 23-1 WCVE sig. 88-90, 23-2 WCVE-D sig. 86-89, 23-3 WCVE-D sig 80-89, 29-1 NBC 29H sig. 63, 29-2 WXT sig. 63, 23-3 CW 29 sig. 63, 35-1 WRHL-F sig. 100, 35-2 WRLH-M sig. 100, 57-1 WCVW-D 100, 65-1 WUPV-H sig. 63-64 not locked.

As you can see I have a couple of channels that are not locked. I can't pick them up. WRIC is my local abc station. WUPV is also a local. 22-1 is a new station I believe abc and I do not receive this one either none of these station will lock in. I live in area code 23054. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can pick up my digital locals never had a problem with analog reception.

65-1 is weak because it is about 33 degrees off line from the other stations.

22.1 is one of the strongest signals, but the symptoms you describe sound like multi-path (digital ghosting) that give you bouncing signals. You might try turning the antenna sligntly more to the east from the southeast and see if the ghosts go away and 65.1 might get stronger.

closest digital broadcast tower?

Yes...another Antenna Suggestion Thread! :)
