It's 2014, we should want all of them to be HD regardless of pillarboxed or stretch-o-vision content.

Grandma should be allowed to see the ceramic dog she wants to buy on HSN in full glorious HD.

Made a few corrections to the list. removed ShopNBC (ShopHQ/SHQP), INSP since they are not available in HD. Added RT, Baby TV, Univision Oeste (West), UniMás este (East), BYU, and The Pentagon Channel since they are all available in HD but Dish does not carry them. The Univision channels are included because they are part of the AT packages.

While not necessarily in the scope of your list, I think it is worth pointing out that within the Spanish language channels ESPN Deportes and Fox Deportes have a HD feed not currently offered by Dishnetwork.

This Just In:

The American Heroes Channel, following in the footsteps of TLC and MTV, and others, will reinvent itself and shift to full time showing how different sandwiches are prepared across the country. Initial programming will include "Muffulettas I have known," "Submarine sandwiches as served on submarines," and "Roll it into a tube- they won't know any better!"

Please add TV5 Monde to the list. It is available in HD. Citation:

It is a la carte (I am paying $10 per month for it) and on a separate satellite (international) from the other channels on your list.

TV5 is broadcast in French, but it has great history and travel documentaries and lots of first-run movies, mostly with English subtitles. The French have had HD for a long time so I am betting that most of this programming was shot originally in HD.

I'm wouldn't be surprised if that person wanted a shopping network in HD. In fact, they may have already asked...:D
I believe ALL of the shopping channels...and they wants apps for them...and on demand. :D

I (Fear) that sd won't do those sandwiches any justice!
