Need Help in HOW to USE this Meter

I just bought one and i thought i would be able to use it from the manual that come with it.but it didn't explain what i need to know,Can some one tell me the step by step instruction on how to use this meter. SF3000E Digital Satellite Finder Meter. Thank you

jagee i haven't looked up the meter and will try to look it up later today but most meters work basicly like a receiver they tune in a transponder # so if you point the dish in the direction you want and plug the meter into the lnbf then select the satellite you are trying to get and tune from there. thats basically how it works. its like using your tv & receiver out at the dish all in a smaller package.
