New Support Site Launched

Hi,

We are pleased to announce that we have a new support site now up and running.

It will replace the old site and will become our new portal for the Support side of TimeTrax.

It can be reached by going to this address:

We will start building on the site as the days go on, adding support walk-throughs, a comprehensive knowledgebase, as well as a location to download our software and documentation.

We welcome everyone to go ahead and join the support system even if you do not need to open a ticket.

Wondering if you were eventually gonna take over your own Support Forum as well?

wil tickets on the old system be transferred over or are we like going to have to reenter that stuff again. that would like suck and stuff

hmmm... so we cannot post new tickets to TT? I guess I am fine with that since my 1.6 keeps rebooting, coz you know, I just love unstable products - especially when I pay for them!
