Hi guys i been a member for sometime now alot of you know what you are talking about.So here goes, I have a nice AV Reciver and just ordered a very nice headphone. I need a headphone extension cable. Are most of them the same. I need about 10-15 feet. Can some of you give me a name that you use.

I haven't used one in years, except for iPod earphones.
If you are talking about the 1/4" phono plug, I have found that the weak point is strain relief at the connectors. Try to find something where the plug and socket are molded in, and not separate. The separates are fairly easy to repair, but it always seemed to me that they constantly needed attention.
