Not just NE Illinois but St Louis Metro-East. However, you may be in for a wait as they installed the VRAD for our small subdivision in early November 07 and still have not completed the fiber run into the down town DCO yet. I don't expect service to be offered until Spring. At least there will eventually be competition to Charter's abysmal HSI service.
