OTA local subchannel-numbers are suddenly incorrect

Using my TV's ATSC tuner, I tuned to channel 26.2 using my OTA antenna on my newer Samsung LCD TV.

Channel 26.2 is WCIU-DTV in Chicago, but only the sound was present today, no video, except an animated Speaker Icon (that I guess is a Samsung on-screen cue for something).

Pretty soon the picture came back but the channel number was now 27.3!

My Dish722 scans these WCIU subchannels correctly, and on two different TV's with ATSC tuners that I have, WCIU subchannels are located by scan where they're supposed to be:

26.1
26.2
26.3
26.4
26.6

But now only on my Samsung, a channel program scan maps them as:

27.3
27.4
27.5
27.6
27.8

Anybody know what might be causing this?

It sounds like the PSIP info isn't broadcasting accurately, but it seems like that should affect the rest of my tuners.
