No new Pocket Dish on horizon? Does the Archos 604 do the same thing as the AV500E? Big question is downloading from Dish DVR 622. I assume you can use USB on PD and cut recording time substantially. Can you do same with 604 or is it real time?

It's a bummer that Dish and Archos don't get together and include the Dish support in the standard Archos firmware. Or, make it a downloadable plug-in.
Dish tends to sell these cheaper then Archos, so I doubt they are making much money selling them direct.

Plus it will bring more customers for them - you can lend some movie to your gf or just to neighbor
