Prime on Joey?

Because Amazon specified that any devices that have Prime must Dolby Digital+ for Audio and only the Hopper 3 has that. The Joeys do not
Great info. So, that means even the Joey 3 can't do DD+? Maybe Dish did not want to pay the license fees for all those mulitple Joeys? Does anyone know if this is the reason?

Related: I don't care how much better Dolby Vision may be (not that big a difference is reported); I say HDR 10 and eliminate the higher license fee stumbling block that always rears its head.
