Problem With “Offers”?

I just tried the chat again and this time the CSR was able to give me the free 3mo HBO/Stars promotion. But he said my account doesn't qualify for the free 3mo "test drive" of PlatinumHD.

Well surprise surprise. I can finally access My Programming, even though I'm on the 2nd year of Cinemax for a Penny. And my Offers shows the PlatinumHD test drive 3 month deal, which I was able to add to my account. I think Dish finally fixed it's website.

I just added the Starz/HBO free 3 mo promo. I was surprised since I already had HBO. Now you can also delete programming so I guess they have fixed it.

Wow. I was able to remove Showtime, Platinum HD, and the DHPP as well as add the HBO & Starz 3 month promo all through the website. I'm impressed!:up
