Problem with Sling adapter/ DISH Anywhere

Every time I try to access live TV via the DISH Anywhere App, I get a pop up message asking if I want more information about getting a Sling adapter, however I already have a Sling adapter. It's connected to my Hopper and has it has the red light on. Hopper is connected to broadband. I don't know what else I should do. I've already tried unplugging and plugging back in to various USB ports and resetting the receiver.
 
Have you verified that your Hopper is connected to the internet in the Broadband Setup screen?
