recordings with no content or corrupted data

I'm finding a lot of my scheduled recordings at night are unable to be watched. I can't remember the exact error but it's saying something about lost data. Very frustrating. Any suggestions?

I have an HR-24.
 
There have been some reports of bad recordings. Some are attributed to channels that went missing for a short time so there was no data in the guide to support the recording. I don't know if that's what happened to you.
 
Does it say no video/audio packets reveived?

Is it on the actual HR24? Or are you using a whole home set up?
 
The errors I have been getting are "this episode was canceled because the channel was no longer available (6)". This has been happening on recordings I have set at night for USA Network, MTV, E!, etc. I am contacting Direct because I am pretty sure I am paying a DVR fee, and yet, my episodes are being cancelled. I did hop over to the other talk site and people are having the same problem that I am having as well...

No video/audio packets is normally an easy fix. Reset the receivers with a RBR and then try it again.
