Does anyone know what Error Code 04 is for a recording. For some reason I'm seeing that for a record of a local OTA channel that didn't record correctly.

Hi, I am sorry about your local recordings. The 04 Error code means a file error occurred when a DVR recording was interrupted by signal loss or power failure.

This error code 04 has happened twice now. It was on different channels LA local OTA ch 2 and ch 11. In one case the machine recorded / played back about 2 minutes then ended in the other case it would not play back anything. The list of recorded shows shows the show but as noted I can not play it back. For next week I'm recording the shows on both the OTA channels (-01) and the Dish channel (-00). But I would like to know why this would happen.
