Foxcom To Host Fiber Optics Seminar
Foxcom, a division of OnePath Networks, will be offering the seminar, Distribution of DBS and L-Band Signals over Fiber Optics. This "by demand" seminar will be held Wednesday, April 19th in Spanish suite 2 beginning at 1:30pm.

Today's satellite distribution systems are being asked to provide more and more to subscribers; multiple satellite selection, high definition television, advanced modulation schemes and a new generation of customers who will demand significant amounts of bandwidth. Developers, real estate investors and private system operators are finding that traditional coaxial architectures fall short in meeting the challenge. Understand how fiber optic based satellite distribution systems can provide revenue-generating products today and are positioned for tomorrow. Explore the basics of fiver optic transmission and how they apply to DBS.

Hands-On At The Antenna Farm
It has been proven over and over that experience is the best teacher; experts at the antenna farm will prove this to be a true statement. Hands-on at the antenna farm is sponsored by Volunteer Satellite Distributing, KuSat and Mike Kohl of Global Communications.

Questions, answers and demonstrations of MPEG-2 free-to-air reception from domestic and international satellites. Learn about reception techniques for international signals serving many countries and ethnic groups from around the world. C & Ku-band antennas will be there, for access to not only the domestic North American satellite arc, but also the fastest-growing number of signals on Atlantic Ocean region satellites also serving the Eastern and Central parts of our shores.

Winegard To Offer Home Run Training
Winegard, one of the oldest and most respected names in reception devices, will be bringing the latest technology to Atlanta, GA. Winegard will be offering a training and certification program for their Home Run System

This is a one-day certification course designed to prepare for installation of Winegard's newest product line, the HOME RUN, which allows you to deliver the Triple Play, VoIP (Voice Over IP), High Speed Broadband Internet and Video (Satellite/Cable/Off-Air/Triple Stacked HD) on a single existing RG-6 coax cable. There doesn't seem to be many Small Satellite Dealers, or Electronic Installation Techs on this Board...

I wonder how many are coming to the Expo, from this Board alone???

Scott, you are coming, aren't you???
